Bet18 – Terms and Conditions of Use platform in Brazil

1 Acceptance of Terms

Use of the platform bet18 is conditional on full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules. By clicking "Sign Up", "Deposit", or simply browsing the bet18 pages, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions described herein.

Bet18 reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect on the publication date shown at the top of this document. It is the user's responsibility to check for updates regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account at bet18 and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age completed as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil or be on Brazilian territory at the time of using the platform;
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Not be registered on any gambling restriction lists or active self-exclusion programs;
• Have full legal capacity under Brazilian law;
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or first-degree relative of a bet18 employee.

Registration on bet18 is free and personal. Each individual may hold only one active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage on bonuses or promotions is considered fraud and may result in the permanent closure of all accounts involved.

3 User Account

3.1 Account Creation & Security

By creating your account at bet18, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. Never share your password with anyone. bet18 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration and in any communication with bet18. Using false data, third-party identities, or fraudulent identification will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bet18 may request identity verification documents at any time, including: a photo ID (national ID card or driver's license), CPF, proof of current address, and proof of the payment method used. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The bet18 accepts the following deposit methods in Brazilian reais (BRL):

• Pix – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with credit in under 1 minute;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) – processed within up to 1 business day;
• Credit and debit card – Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago – credited immediately upon confirmation.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 for all methods. bet18 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your bank may apply its own charges in some cases. All deposits must be made from accounts or cards held in the name of the bet18 account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, within up to 5 minutes of approval, and credited to the Pix key registered on the user's account. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may require additional identity verification.

Bet18 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in the following cases: suspected fraud, unmet bonus rollover requirements, unverified account (KYC pending), or a breach of any clause in these Terms.

5 Sports Betting

The bet18 offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Premier League, Champions League, and more), MMA (UFC, Bellator, ONE Championship), basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, tennis, and a wide range of other sports.

5.1 General Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, except when the cashout feature is available and active.
• Bet18 reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or cancel bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or proven event manipulation.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all affected bets are fully refunded to the user's account.
• The official result used to settle bets is the result confirmed by the organization responsible for the event.

5.2 Live Betting

Live bets are subject to temporary suspensions during critical moments of events (goals, red cards, finishing attempts in MMA fights, etc.). Bets placed after the outcome has already been determined will be cancelled and refunded. bet18 uses integrity verification technology to identify and void bets placed after an event has been decided.

6 Casino Games

The casino at bet18 includes slots, crash games, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and other games provided by certified providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO. All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent testing bodies.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is stated on that game's page and is set by the provider, not by bet18. All outcomes are completely random and cannot be influenced by any platform setting or player action.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at bet18 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is automatically credited to your account after the qualifying minimum deposit of R$ 20.00.

The rollover requirement (minimum wagering needed to release your bonus balance for withdrawal) is:

• 30x the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection;
• 40x the bonus amount in casino games (slots, crash games, blackjack).

The deadline to meet the rollover requirement is 30 calendar days from the bonus activation date. Unused bonuses that expire within the deadline are automatically voided.

7.2 Other Promotions

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on bet18, under penalty of immediate account closure and cancellation of all pending balances:

• Creating more than one account per CPF or per individual;

• Manipulation or attempted manipulation of the outcome of any game or event;
• Money laundering or using bet18 to conceal the origin of illicit funds;
• Providing false information during registration or in any communication with the platform;
• Access by individuals under 18 years of age, whether directly or through another person's account;
• Attempts to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or compromise the security of the platform;
• Threats, abusive language, or harassment directed at bet18 staff.

Bet18 cooperates fully with Brazilian law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigations involving fraud, money laundering, and other crimes related to misuse of the platform.

9 Responsible Gambling

The bet18 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Betting is a form of entertainment and should be treated as such — never as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems.

The platform makes the following tools available to all registered users:

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, or monthly, configurable by the user;
• Temporary break: account lock for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at the user's request;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure, with no possibility of reversal for a minimum of 6 months;
• Betting and deposit history: complete monitoring of all activity on the platform.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

The bet18 is not liable for losses arising from: technical failures beyond the platform's control (including the user's own internet issues), betting errors made by the user, the user's in-game decisions, or financial losses resulting from normal use of the platform.

Bet18 is committed to keeping the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance, and any bets in progress during unplanned outages will be refunded.

Bet18's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident.

12 Account Closure

12.1 At the user's request

Users may request the closure of their account at bet18 at any time by contacting our support team by email suporte@bet18.click. Prior to closure, any available balance will be released for withdrawal via Pix, provided that rollover requirements and identity verification have been completed.

12.2 At bet18's discretion

Bet18 may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, bonus abuse, submission of false information, or a court order. In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, bonus balances will be voided and real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.

13 Changes to the Terms

The bet18 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are published on this page with an updated effective date. Active users will be notified by email of any significant changes at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account closure before the effective date.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of disputes arising from the use of the bet18, the courts of the district of São Paulo, SP, are hereby elected as the exclusive venue, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Portuguese version and any translation, the Brazilian Portuguese version shall prevail.
